2008 Booth Space Details

Please read the 2008 Exhibit Hall regulation.

Exhibit space is allocated in 10'X10' increments unless otherwise noted. For 2008, the cost per 10'x10' booth space is:

• $2,700 for Industry Partners and paying-Government exhibitors; and
• $3,100 for all other Exhibitors
  • (Less $100 cash or check discount)

07 Timetable: (08 )

• Exhibit fees will be accepted any time after receipt of the e-mailed Exhibitor's Package or 1 May, whichever occurs first.
• Only Industry partners' requests will have space allocated through 15 June 07
• Beginning 16 Jun 07, remaining spaces will be opened to requests from other 2006 exhibitors
• Beginning 14 Jul 07, remaining spaces will be opened to all requestors in the order payment was received (starting now)
• (Pro Bono-only requests may be submitted at any time; however, space will not be allocated until all paid requests have been allocated, perhaps early October)

Of course, additional priority may be necessary to accomodate requests for the larger space blocks.
