Post Convention:
- Call for HOF packages
- Develop next-year's fee structure proposal
First Board Meeting - 24-25 February 20121 (~0800-0830 Saturday start) - Orlando, FL
- Review Treasurer Annual Report and Budget
- Agree 2012 Attendance and Industry prices
- Discuss 2012 Convention Theme
- Any Bylaws changes must be posted on web NLT 60 days from general membership meeting (i.e., by the end of August)
Second (Spring) Board Meeting - 8-9 June 2012 (Colorado Springs)
- End of May Registration Form live on website (with updated fees if changed and completed Convention Instructions/Forms)
- May-June Registration Form goes in Spring ATQ (with complete Convention Instructions and Forms)
- Board A/TQ inputs due 13 April
- Approve HOF nominee
Third (Summer) Board Meeting - 24-25 August (Seymour-Johnson AFB)
- July/August = Last ATQ before Convention (Deadline 6-weeks prior)
- Social with Kitty Hawk Chapter on the 24th
- Board Meeting on 25th
2012 Convention Thursday, 1 November thru 3 November
- Opening Reception 1900 in the Anaheim at the Anaheim Marriott
- Board Meeting 2 Nov time TBD
