The Air Mobility Command announced that it has received approval to participate in this year’s AMC and Airlift/Tanker Association Symposium, held in conjunction with the 49th annual A/TA Convention and Air Mobility Technology Exhibition.
The Undersecretary of the Air Force approved USAF attendance at the 2017 A/TA – AMC Symposium scheduled for 26 October to 29 October at the Orlando World Center Marriott, Orlando, Florida. The Symposium begins with various mini-conferences on Thursday followed by major addresses, seminar sessions, award ceremonies, receptions, and the Hall of Fame banquet running through Sunday morning. The approval is for Air Force funded attendees which includes appropriate members of the entire mobility team — active duty, guard, reserve, and civilian.
AMC will provide guidance pertaining to deadlines, allocations, registration procedures, lodging, DTS language, transportation, Mini Conferences and points of contact (POCs).
