Post Convention:

  • Call for HOF packages
  • Develop next-year’s fee structure proposal

First Board Meeting
[was 19-20 February 2015 – Dyess AFB, TX]

  • Review Treasurer Annual Report and Budget
  • Discuss previous Convention Attendance and upcoming Industry prices
  • Discuss upcoming Convention Theme
  • Propose any Bylaw changes (Must be posted — on social media and the web — NLT 60 days before the general membership meeting i.e., approximately by the end of August)
  • Board A/TQ inputs are due 2nd week of April

Second (Spring) Board Meeting
[was 4-5 May 2015 at McConnell AFB, KS]

  • Review Treasurer Report and Budget
  • Approve HOF nominee
  • Finalize convention fees
  • May-June Registration Form goes in Spring ATQ (with complete Convention Instructions and Forms)
  • May-June Registration Form live on website (with updated fees if changed, and completed Convention Instructions/Forms)

Third (Summer) Board Meeting
[was 11 – 12 Aug 2015 at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst]

  • July/August = Last ATQ before Convention (Absolute deadline 6-weeks prior)

Combined Annual Conventions
[2015 = Wednesday, 28 October thru Sunday, 1 November at the Orlando Marriott World Center]

  • Pre-Convention meeting with hotel staff TBD
  • Board Meeting and Membership Meetings Wednesday
  • Opening Reception 1900 Thursday
